woken by the mum at 8.20am.. few minutes later, the aunt called to rush. i always thought we were leaving at 9am but we were supposed to be at the bride-to-be's place before 9am. i took a shower, got changed and left home few minutes past 8.30am. we got there right on the dot with roast pig, 2 bottles of martell, 2 boxes of candles, a basket with alot of things in it which i dont know what they are except for pig trotters and the big ang bao.. .. in return, apple's dad return us oranges, 2 bottles of orange juice and pig trotters.

we left apple's place at 10.30am. apple and i took a train to city hall to look for dresses for myself and the mummies while ronald send my mum to work and my uncle, aunt and alaric home. we went to raffles city shopping centre and marina square, saw a few dresses but haven't decided which to get. ronald came to marina square to pick us up and send us to bugis to look for corsages and more dresses. an hour or so later, we left with a bag of party poppers and balloons.

next stop, curtains. we went to the couple's friend's uncle shop in tampines and bought 2 sets of curtains with about 25% discount. great deal! right after, apple and i went to giant for grocery shopping while ronald went to ikea to get hinges to fix their wardrobe doors.

by the time we were done, we were all so tired. ronald didn't slept the whole of the previous night cos he was with alaric all night playing computer games. and i got home only close to 5am after a night of partying. after dinner at the grans, i unpacked all the grocery shopping and went to sleep.

one more week to the big day but still so much to do..

still harbouring over contradiction. one moment say something, the other moment doing something which is not what they said. once again, everything happens for a reason. i once allow myself to get upset, so upset i'm like causing my own misery, all because of that particular someone. yes, thats how important a role in my life. i knew i had to pull out of it. anyway, all that was being said was "you are too sensitive."

"you dont have to feel this way cos you are ..." sadly, on the contary, it is caused by you. the many incidents that happened again and again. you are most wonderful, popular.. everyone loves attention, some to the extend of other's misery. whatever makes you happy.. as long as you are. i have lose hope and faith in life and in you.

only things done your way is right.. no one can oppose you cos you are always right.. i wish you happiness.

it doesn't pay to be nice. it doesn't mean that i'm a stepover just because i kept quiet. it's ironic how people contradict themselves sometimes. why do i start to feel like you're doing things to show you care but you don't. oh! i forgot you have your life, your own friends, your own problems and not enough time. if it's a waste of time, don't bother. sometimes, i feel negative because of YOU! i'm not your puppet. i don't have to agree to everything you say, look at things the way you do. i give in only because i care. don't take me for granted!

back from holidays! 2 weeks of sun, sea, drinking, walking, shopping, sight-seeing.. huahin was amazing!!

had a meaningful one week back at work. i attended a 5-day certified professional course which was very motivating. got to keep the positive attitude going!

been catching up with old friends. i made full use of my time after office-hour. finally met up with peifen and alvin on wednesday. shopping for reyers' pressie on thursday. met up with reyers, eunice, haze, ying ying and jeremiah on friday for dinner and mahjong. the ramen at aoba ion orchard was good. party on saturday with the bestie and davis. sunday, met up with the peeps for dinner to celebrate cp's birthday.

mon and tue, i'm off! 4 days off from work following my midnight shift. more upsells!

looking forward to october, november and december. the bro is getting married in december!! one more holiday coming up in october! club med, here we come..

been trying to like accept my 101 requests on facebook but it seems to hang on me like all the time. i quit trying.

just came back from coffee at east coast with the girlies after peiwen's party over at her awesomest place. looks like theres going to be changes to our aussie plan thanks to the H1N1 flu. i really hope the situation will get better. everyone is like so looking forward.

my latest achievements
1. i finally managed to fish some prawns at my 4th attempt at prawning. i'm almost certain that its just the place. my first 3 times was at pasir ris and this time round, i went to bishan. happy happy! i want to go again!!
2. i won $27 in mahjong yesterday, we played 20, 40cents. initially, i was losing so badly, reyers asked me to focus. i guess lady luck was abit late but better late than never. =)

next up, i so want to overcome my phobia for my crazy dog, who barks and dashed towards me when he sees me. he must be mad at me for locking him up everytime i need to step out of the room to go to the living room.

theres so many pending tasks to do, like uploading my photos, registering my iphone and downloading all the songs, games and videos, looking for my diploma cert so i can apply pr for my mum, planning for my bro's surprise 21st party.. ..

i just wish for everything to be on the brighter side soon. cant wait for my short break to bali in 11 days.

i've just came back from arena at 4.10am, welcomed by the barking of my dog in my bro's room and 2 cockroaches in the living room. disgusted, i took a slipper and threw it on them. then i went to the bathroom to wash up and i saw yet another almost fully grown cockroach. pissed, i took a "giant" (supermarket) brochure, rolled it up and tried to hit the cockroach.

there's way too many of them hiding in some corner of my house. i used to avoid and ran away from them but i figured that's not the best solution. they just keep multiplying. absolutely annoying! gotta get rid of them somehow.

i was off yesterday. i slept till 1.30pm, which was unusually long, must be making up for lost sleep.

i met up with grace for some outdoor activity. being cooped up 5 days a week, we need some sun! we went cycling at east coast park. had our pit-stop at bedok jetty and didnt move from there until an hour later. spent the hour taking pictures, talking and enjoying the breeze.

later, we had dinner at long beach. chilli crabs, sambal kang kong and cereal prawns. we must have been too hungry cos i totally forgot about taking pictures.

then, i finally got around to collecting my shu umera 2-way foundation from my cuzy. afterwhich, i went to grace's place to plan for our aussie holiday. the long-awaited holiday, it's gonna be so much fun!!!
