balloon day 2
i woke up at 9.30am and saw a message from keong that he woke up late. sort of expected but i didnt blame him though. i showered and changed. called keong who was on the way and i told him to meet at tampines. i left home at 10.30 and took bus 38 to tampines. messaged keong to tell him im on the way and where he was. it turned out that he was on his way walking to my place. bad communication i guess. but surprisingly he managed to arrive there earlier than me. we had mac donalds breakfast as plan. lucky we werent late. after breakfast. we walked around a lil till it was around 11.25. keong spotted linda from far.soon the 2 temp from comcepts arrived. then the tanks. leon came minutes later and finally the magnets. we distributed the workload. had quite alot of fun pumping balloons and distributing. time passed in a glance and soon. it was 5pm. there was a queue when the man came to collect the tank. we had no choice but to stop the queue. hehe. i wasnt very pleased though cos we didnt managed to distribute all the balloons. but i did try my best. 5 hours on going without a break at all. was simply exhausted and tired. our fingers were all sore from the tying and attaching of balloons to the strings.after work. keong and i went to tampines mall to wash up. we went to shop for andrew's pressie around tampines mall and century square. had the craving for ice cream and we sat down for ice cream indulgence. haha. 2 dumbos spent their money on ice cream when they are broke. felt so sinful. but whats done cant be undone. after we bought his pressie and a small cake. we took the train to pasir ris and transferred to bus 403. drew came out to fetch us. wasnt quite successful in the birthday cake surprise. haha. clumsy keong and i. we had buffet for dinn at his chalet. after dinn. we sat down and chat. had a really nice time chatting. at 9.30. we went upstairs to bid drew goodbye. he looked really disappointed and sad when he knew we were leaving. he missed his bro. haha. we walked out to the bus stop and took the bus to interchange. thereafter we transferred to bus 12. he walked me home and left at 11.
