i had 9 tasks for today. started with work as soon as i got to the office.
lunch was at expo. there was a loreal warehouse sales at foyer 2. sarah, grace and i walked to expo. sarah asked if we want to eat first or shop first. worried that there will be alot of people later. i suggested that we shop first which was a BIG mistake. everyone was squeezing and pushing like nobody's business. to make things worse. i was wearing a skirt. most people were holding on to a plastic bag which we were given to place our stuff into. it acts like a basket. the corner of the plastic bags were like brushing against my legs. damn irritated. i went downstairs to wait for sarah and grace. they finally emerged from the crowd after 15 minutes.
we went to burger king which was also flooded with people. never have i seen so many people at burger kings and the food court. we were queueing when it started drizzling. the structure of the shelter was really dumb cos the rain could seep through the gaps in between. sarah then suggested we go to the food court. after some time. we finally found seats. we bought our food and tucked in. we took the 1.45pm bus back to office.
after lunch. i had to make a trip to the dungeon. sarah accompanied me cos she havent been there before. i moved marcia's boxes downstairs and got my stuff from the store. got back to work right after. later. i had to help penny burn a DVD which took up quite some time. i ended up completing only 7 out of the 8 tasks. 1 of which i didnt include because i had to wait for information so that couldnt be completed today. if only i didnt had to burn dvd. i would be able to finish all 8 tasks. but well. i thought i already done alot. a lil sense of acheivement.
after work. i met keong. jas and drew near my office. we went to the loreal warehouse sale and jas and i bought some stuff. thereafter. we headed to orchard. darl bought me gelato ice cream. yummy~! drew accompanied jas to M1 paragon and i accompanied darl to tiasa. there were quite a number of unfamiliar faces outside tiasa. patricia wasnt there yet. we stood outside and waited for around 10 mins before she came. i helped her a lil with the newbies. hmm. she doesnt seem too pleased i thought. or probably she was just pissed off with the unorganized office. whatever it is. i made up my mind to not interfere and not to appear at tiasa again. i had a chat with amelia which i thought was really nice. just talking to her cheers me up. =) feel so mad at the way tiasa or rather 'he' organise things. jasmine and andrew wasnt scheduled for the weekend. and even thu aung. one of the best promoter wasnt scheduled. 'he' actually scheduled his friends who were new. who were the people who helped you when you need replacement? who were the people who worked for you when you dont have enough manpower? now that 'he' has new promoters. 'he' kicked the old promoters aside. 'hes' bad at human mangement! 'he' sucks! totally no empathy! im sure 'he' will get his desserts some day. so much for me getting my friends to work. bully me and my friends. where would 'he' be without his employees? NOWHERE! who were the ones who got him all his promoters SO LAST MINUTE? what did they get? NOTHING! KICKED ASIDE WHEN HE DONT NEED YOU! contradicting arsehole! pushing the blame to others when he cannot outtalk. so much for being professional! professional my arse! stop the nonsense. what dont like backstabbing and like honesty! total BULLSHIT! just a liar! and one more thing. 'he' doesnt reward the good promoter. reason being. she has the experience. SO WHAT? the more she should be rewarded for her experience not expecting it from her cos she has the experience. dont know whats growing in his pea brain. nuff said. dont want to get mad at some unworthy dwarf.
anyway. keong. angela. vivian and i left tiasa at around 9.10. we went to taka's pepper lunch. wasnt as cheap as i thought. we stood at the counter for a long time deciding what to eat cos it was our first time there. finally. vivian had salmon pepper fried rice, keong had double chicken, angela and i had beef pepper fried rice. all the food were served in hot plate. the meat and side vegetables were raw so had to mix and 'cook' the dish. there is also seasoning at the side which you can add to enhance the taste of your food. the reason for having to toss the rice with the meat is because there is butter in the centre of the hot plate. so the more you toss. the nicer it is. apparently that was whats written on the paper. the food wasnt that fantastic but the presentation of the food was rather interesting.
after dinner. vivian went to clementi to meet her boyfriend. angela went to meet her friend. keong sent me home before going home.
