grace is back!
after work, I met keong at the lobby. as promised, he got the sunflower that i told him to get. together, we walked to the train station and for the first time, i wasnt taking the train towards tanah merah. we board the train and headed to the airport.
we arrived at the airport at around 6.45pm. we shopped around while waiting for lyd. its my first time taking the train to airport and also the first time shopping at the airport. there are a couple of shops. bookshop, candy shop, mini toons and a few others. im already starting to think of what to get for christmas.
later. we decided to grab a bite. we walked around and found our way to mac donalds. its been ages since i last ate mac. lyd called while we were still eating. she has arrived at the airport and she was going popeyes with pris and denise. keong and i joined them thereafter.
15mins to grace's arrival, we headed to belt 63. we waited till approximately 9.15pm before grace's mum spotted her from far. by then, lyd and denise had already put up the banner that denise had made. when grace saw us, she waved and jumped around. lyd and i passed her each a sunflower that we got for her.
thereafter. lyd, pris, javern, keong and i waited for lyd's sis along the roadside. lyd drove us to grace's place where we had dinner. we chatted for awhile before heading home. lyd drove me home before sending pris home and dropping javern and keong.
its really nice to see grace back in singapore. thanks grace for the dinner. thanks lyd for the rides and everything. =)
