superb day with all the fantastic people

i woke up at 7.45am as usual. showered. prepared and left home at 9.30am. keong was already waiting opposite the gate. it was drizzling so we had to take the bus. breakfast was at the kopitiam in simei cos i was crazing for the toasted bread. wasnt as nice as the first time i ate it. probably i was hungry then. the coffee simply sucks.

after breakfast. we headed to plaza singapura. we went to spotlight for the purpose of christmas but ended up not buying anything. i thought the things at spotlight was supposed to be rather cheap but everything was just way too ex. i had gelato ice cream from the basement. i got blueberry, strawberry and tiramisu. didnt get my usual hazelnut cos their hazelnut wasnt nice. it turned out that the tiramisu also sucks and the blueberry wasnt very nice.

keong wanted to walk me to orchard before going to school. we walked past mac and rocky master and i remembered he was hungry. so i asked if he wanted to have lunch first. he hesitated for awhile before we decided to have lunch at rocky master. the jumbo sausages at rocky is highly recommendable. my fav at rocky. he had chicken jumbo sausages while i had iced berries tea (which i added too much sugar syrup). we had a good laugh all thanks to the server.

after lunch. we walked towards orchard. shopped a lil in OG cos keong needed the aircon. grace came not long ago after we arrived at the station. keong left for school while grace, lydd, john and i headed to lido to get tix for harry potter. next stop. the canteen. a nice cozy place john recommended. took pictures and chatted over iced coffee and tea.

we met denise at pacific plaza before heading to far east. shopped around. then went to wisma and continued shopping. topshop, surfbabe. sheer romance... keong came not long later. we walked and stopped outside the entrance of wisma. we met javern. suddenly, we realised we are short of one movie tix. so denise and lyd went to lido while the rest of us went to wisma food court. so excited cos i thought the theme of the food court was interesting. we found seats for 8. we sat there waited and waited. took pictures after pictures. finally. denise and lyd came back with jonathan. then we went to get our food. keong and i bumped into someone. so sad that that someone was so unfriendly when i havent done any wrong. so mad! we went our seperate ways. keong and i queued approximately 20mins for our food. by the time we were back at the table. everyone had already finished their food.

right after keong and i finished our food. we rushed over to the cinema. the movie was good. the show was rather exciting throughout the whole 2 and 1/2 hours. it was 10:30pm after the show. pris drove lyd, grace, john and i to kallang. the initial plan was to have supper at kallang mac. but i was afraid that aunt might nag so i asked lyd if i could go home from kallang. lyd later suggested getting take-away. somehow. i felt bad cos i was the only one in a rush to go home. cos of that. pris had to eat while driving. pris sent denise, followed by john, me, grace and lyd. really appreciate it. thanks pris! (although she wont get to see this)

my day just had to be spoilt by my elder aunt.

she asked " i thought you said you didnt like to watch shows like potter?"

i answered "i didnt say that! you can ask jie jie if you dont believe. i told her i wanted to wait for grace to watch this show"

she said "wah! your friends are more important than your cousins."

i couldnt be bothered to argue so i went to shower. just hope she would give me a break! like what is wrong with going out with my friends. she always emphasizes that family will always be there even when all your friends leave. yes. i agree. but why cant she understand that there are so many things that we (me and cuzies) dont tell our family members but we do to friends. friends are like the emotional support for us. simply pissed! and to add on. i was home that day my cuzies watched harry potter so whats wrong. im like 20 and not 2 years old. sometimes. she drives me nuts and i can think of 101 dumb ways just to have the freedom. it definitely doesnt pay to be honest. so much for me being so honest. shouldnt have told my aunt i was watching harry potter and probably everything would be fine. i cant help telling lies to get myself out of trouble if my aunt is behaving like that. i bet she thinks im childish but whatever!

i had a chat with keong and we happened to talk about a topic. same topic but different story. i was so mad. shant go into details. we had a good chat in general. i hung up at 1+ and fell asleep soon enough.

i had a superb time. nothing could be better than going out with my bestie, lyd and keong. thanks babes for everything! i may have repeated this a thousand times but i really appreciated what you gals have done! it may something small but it means alot to me. =)

shall upload the pix once i get them from grace and lyd. mentioning about that. *sob sobs* cos my camera aint with me. but its for a good cause. hope reys would have lotsa fun.
