christmas is here...!
beginning to feel the atmosphere of christmas. lovely christmas decorations and trees. the sound of carols. christmas sales all around. crowds everywhere. people doing last minute shopping. i have never bought this many pressies. erm.. *counting* 1..2..3.....10....15...18....24. thats including all my cuzies.keong is reprimanding me. asking how much have i spent on everything. seriously i have no idea. prob i will start counting soon. haha.the moment i got to my work station. i saw 3 pressies on my desk. i was like "wow!" cos i seriously didnt expected it at all. they were from hazel, marcia and terry. then i went to place the secret santa pressie into the box in kevin's (big boss) room. had a tough time trying to find the envelopes where all the stickers with everyone's name was in. not long later, mel gave me another pressie.i didnt know about dept lunch so i went to pack lunch with sarah. when i was back, hazel asked me why did i bought lunch. i told her i didnt know about it. hmm. i suppose they forgot to cc me in the mail. anyway, i still went with them. lunch was indian cuisine at pan pacific.after lunch, it was time for secret santa gifts. everyone had to open their pressies and guess who was the one who gave it to them. i guessed sylvia was my secret santa but it turned out to be hazel. which means i have 2 pressies from hazel. yay~! haha.mel gave hazel, charmie, sylvia and me back to the office. its back to work. just before i left office, i uploaded the pictures cos vivian says i take a long time to upload. ;p after work, its time to go home for dinner. i took a cab home. excuse being i was carrying all my 7 christmas pressies home and its heavy plus its raining. haha. today is chinese "dong re". dont really know what is it about but i heard its to celebrate the harvest. im simpler terms. a celebration before cny.sumptous dinner. steamboat and chicken curry. theres pork, chicken, sotong, fishball, vegetables, mushrooms, sea cucumber, abalone, fish so fresh its a lil transparent and prawns which are so huge and more... yummy~! after dinner. we still had to eat "tang yuan" (glutinous ball). the peanut "tang yuan" was so yums. helped with a lil wrapping of pressies.rested for awhile before showering. thereafter had to apply "xi gua shuang" cos i have this terrible ulcer. all thanks to my clumsiness when i was brushing my teeth. its been 4 days and its getting worse. cant even smile. hope it will better tomorrow.
