JB Trip

met keong at his place at 10+. started wrapping xmas pressies i bought. keong says he feels like a santa. but i told him he exagerrated. haha. was supposed to meet vivian at 12 but we only finished wrapping all the pressies at minutes before 12.

right after we were done. we quickly took a cab to woodlands to meet up with vivian and nixion. nixion drove us in. good traffic cos no jam. yay~! first stop was to exchange money and nixion got car coupons. then we went for lunch. nixion was the one who placed the order. we had bak kut teh with golden mushrooms, some claypot chicken, fish and preserved vegetables. (if im not wrong but vivian would know better)

after lunch. shopping starts. we went to holiday plaza to enquire about vivian's contact lenses. one of the staff gave vivian empty promise last week. *angry* we waited and waited in the shop. keong was asked to be the contact lense model with request from vivian. at last, the manager then told vivian to wait 10 minutes. meanwhile, keong brought us to the optical shop that he got his lenses from. again, he was the model for yet another 2 contact lense. after he tried the 2 contact lenses, vivian decided to go back downstairs to get her deposit and get the lenses from the shop keong recommended.

keong wanted to take a breather so vivian and nixion went back to the optical shop first. after we were done, we headed to look for them. stopped by a shop and bought a top. then we went downstairs to check if they will still be in the shop cos we took a rather long time. to our surprise, they were still there. the manager then gave her the best offer he could because they do not have the permanent ones. we were about to leave when we past by a shop selling ps2 games. tempted, keong and i bought 3 games. somehow, keong and i mentioned about tycoon game and nixion suggested going to the shop he goes to. went up and i bought restaurant empire. although its not pizza tycoon but its some sort of a substitute which im happy enough. vivian bought 4 games. one of which is prison tycoon. sadist huh? haha

finally, we left and went to pelangi cos vivian wanted to get sport shoes. we window shopped around the mall before settling for dinner at this posh looking japanese restaurant. pictures speak louder so look at the pictures below and make your own judgements.

after dinner, we had to rush off cos keong and i were meeting lydie for movie at 9pm. dropped by the petrol station then headed to the custom. a rather bad jam. fierce traffic. i wouldnt dare drive in that kind of traffic. later the plan was changed cos poor lydie got to pack her cupboard. nixion then sent us to keong's place.

i was so excited i started playing the game - harvest moon: a wonderful life - once i got to his place. this is the latest version with better graphics as compared to the first. indeed its better graphic but i spent half my time going in rounds looking for my farm after shopping for some seeds. keong helped me look for my farm too and he managed to find it in the end after so so so long. my character was about to die of fatigue. :X somewhat different to the previous one. for a wonderful life, the graphics are more of reality and the colours are a lil dull. as for saving my homeland, the graphics are cartoons and colours are brighter. probably im not used to finding my way round the new village. got pissed and i gave up.

later, i took a cab home. was so sleepy and i thought i could sleep after a shower. but i had to take my dinn. more like supper though. by the time i could lie on my bed, it was already 1.30am. what a long long day.

nonetheless i enjoyed myself alot. not so much about the place but the company. i was laughing away half the time. firstly, a big thank you to vivian for everything. secondly, thanks nixion for the rides. really really appreciated it. they are just so funny. (i wont thank keong cos he wont be happy if im polite with him. ;p)
