family day
its holiday but not quite happy about it. cos holiday = no money. :(today is mervin's 15th birthday!!early in the morning, everyone took turns to shower. then we all walked to savvanah to take a look at our new homes. only the ceiling in the living area and the lightings were done, eml and i had to be reminded constantly that the lighting cost 3000 bucks.my bro flagged 3 cabs down at a time and he took the first cab into savvanah. 3 cabs, just enough for the 12 of us. we headed for lunch at oasis. marcus' suggestion. can you believe it? hes only 10 years old. but well, children nowadays are so bright.after lunch, uncle and the 3 younger boys headed home. aunt cat and uncle gerard dropped eml and aunt jen at parkway before going to katong. granny, alaric, uncle and i took a cab to parkway. the first thing we got there was to have ice cream. yums~! thereafter we went to cold storage cos granny wanted to get some stuff.alaric wanted to get clothes at samuel and kevin so eml and i went to walk around. nothing much to buy this year. we were in ebase when the rest came to join us after so so long. eml bought a skirt but i didnt manage to buy anything. not that nothing caught my eye. just that the skirt that i wanted was too ex. :( depressing. been going out with my aunts but havent bought anything at all.we went to ya kun to have some toast and drinks before heading home. dinner was katong laksa and chicken cutlet. didnt manage to finish all my food though. i was watching television when my handphone rang. i quickly got changed and rushed downstairs. got into the cab that keong had took from his place.we arrived at tampines mall minutes later. went to the cinema and bought tickets for moonlight in tokyo. shopped around for a short while before going to the threatre. funny show but i thought the ending was freaking lame.we took a bus home. as usual, he sent me home before he went home. lucky i got home in time for the birthday cake.
