last minute shopping at chinatown
aunt cat, granny and i took a cab to chinatown. we arrived at chinatown around noon. first stop was 美珍香. my aunt bought 7 packets of 500grams of 肉干, pork floss, chicken and pork coin 肉干. after we left the shop, we met keong.second stop was to the streets to get peanuts. aunt bought like 4 packets of peanuts. thereafter, we had dessert at the shop behind the peanut stall. i had egg pudding, keong had sesame paste, aunt and granny had almond paste. yummy dessert~!after a short rest, it was time to shop for more. aunt and granny went to get sausages while keong and i went to look at sunglasses. after so long, we finally bought 1 sunglass. we met aunt and granny at the front of the complex.we took a cab. keong, granny and i dropped off at tampines st 11 to get oranges. after we made our order, granny went to get her hair washed. keong and i went to hunt for food. unfortunately, there were only a couple of stalls opened for business and keong didnt fancy any.so, we took a cab, loaded the boxes of oranges and headed home. we ordered macs for lunch. we spent the rest of the afternoon watching television.in the evening, we had dinner. keong hung around until late night before heading home.
