moving house
i woke up at 8+, took a shower and headed to the food centre to pack lunch for everyone. keong picked me up on his way to my place. right after lunch, keong and my uncles started to move the stuff.i picked up a box and started packing some of which i have left out. thereafter, i helped my aunt moved the boxes near the door to make things easier for the guys. at the 3rd last round, my aunt and i took the lorry to savannah.the whole place is in a mess, there were like more than 10 workers walking in and out my aunts' houses. i sat on a suitcase and watched everyone walked up and down.later, i went to the interchange with my aunt to pack lunch. i went to get coffee and chicken rice while my aunt went to buy curry puffs and mineral water. we met at the roadside and took a cab back.the house was so cramped that all of us had to sit on the floor and stools along the corridor. keong teased that we were like construction workers. at our free time, keong and i took marcus around to explore. took a couple of pics. shall upload soon.at around 7pm, keong, eml, marcus and i walked home. nobody was free to get dinner so its keong and i again! was feeling kinda lazy but what to do. we went to bedok 85 and bought everyone's orders. while waiting for our food, i received a call from linli. she limped when she came over. poor girl, she sprained her ankle. hope she gets well soon.after dinner, keong accompanied me to my mum's place to pass my mum some stuff then he walked me home again. before he sent me back, we went to open the letter box. finally!!! something that i have been waiting for more than 3 weeks. although i didnt received the actual thing but at least i got a reminder registered article delivery receipt. im going to collect my license tomorrow! hurray~!it has been a long day especially for the guys. 4 guys had to move 2 families' stuff. they made like 7 trips. my aunts were so glad that keong was around. if there were only 3 guys, they couldnt possibly move the piano and massaging chair. appreciated your help keong! good job! =p
