shopping day with keong, aunts and cuzies
i woke up at 9 and found everyone missing. puzzled, i asked marcus and eml where everyone has gone to. its unusual because its a sunday and its only 9am.i sat at the couch and watched television. eml then joined me not long later and she made me switched to the channel that she want to watch. at around 10:30am, i went to shower. by the time i prepared and got changed, it was noon. i was supposed to meet keong at 11:30am at bugis. i left home and met him opposite the gate. we took a bus to bugis.an hour later, we finally arrived at bugis. we had lunch at ajisen ramen. it was a terrible experience. they had changed their menu and their choices have shrunk at least half. they didnt have the beef ramen that i always eat. after much hesitation, i got the pork rib ramen. i asked for the chilli that they put into the beef ramen but the service staff didnt understand what i wanted. they got the wrong chilli thrice. when they finally knew what i wanted, the service staff told me that they cannot give or sell that chilli because that is for spicy ramen. keong and i were so pissed. its such a simple thing. i just want some chilli and they made it so difficult and complicated. NEVER will i patronise their shop again.after lunch, we started walking around. keong bought me a pair of pink ear studs and hazelnut gelato. yums~! we went to ebase and he bought me the skirt i wanted. yay~! finally! thereafter, we headed to the edge to search for his tee. we went to the shop that he previously bought his 2 tops from. chose 2 white tee and he tried them on. both are nice but the one that he prefer is rather short for him. they didnt had a bigger size so he ended up buying the other one.with that, we were done with our chinese new year shopping. but we are freaking broke. we sat somewhere near the fountain and thought about where should we go next. we could either join my aunts and cuzies or head to chinatown. but with the limited amount we had, we decided to meet my aunts and cuzies. aunt bought me and keong hagen daz ice cream. i had strawberry and he had macadamia nut. heavenly~!then we sent my 2 young cuzies to the taxi stand before heading to robinsons. william came to join us too. i bought 2 skirts and a top. eml bought plenty of stockings and a skirt.after shopping, it was time to replenish some energy. we went to some noodles restaurant. the guys had rice while the gals had noodles. after i finished my food, aunt gave me money to buy cheesecake, keong accompanied me. as a reward, i let him have a slice. hehe.i took a cab with my aunts, eml and william went to pack mos burger home for the family, keong took a train home. i got home, had my dinner and started reading the CLEO magazine that my aunt bought for me. soon after, i fell asleep.
