great friends, great time
i feel so sick.. sore throat.. running nose..i managed to catch the shuttle bus to the interchange. yay! improvement..! i took the train to raffles place and walked to the company. was easier to locate than i thought. the interview went okie. but more sales-based. i think im kinda more prepared after so much experience.after my first interview, i took the train to tiong bahru. tried to follow the map i've drawn based on what i saw on street directory. finally, i arrived at the place half an hour later after much effort (long walks, overhead bridges). feels great though im hot and perspiring. i mean its the first time i managed to find a place just by looking at the map. no cabs! the interview was better as compared to the other interviews i had today and yesterday.waited awhile for a cab (i was too tired to walk), alighted at tiong bahru plaza. the cab fare was only $2.90. (making myself feel better) i changed out of my formal clothes, took the train to town to meet up with grace and choon peng. we met bert, lyd and qin at far east. together, we took a bus to marina. went for dinn at gluttons bay with lyd parents.then, lyd took us to explore the ballroom in the oriental. so beautiful!we met lyd's parents back at marina and they took us home. thank you lyd and grace once again~! not forgetting bert, choon peng and qin for your humour and entertainment. =D
