thereafter, i took a train with jav. everyone was still asleep when i got home. my aunt didnt even realised that i was out in the morning. i slept for half an hour before getting up. couldnt get to sleep, was worried about work. i lazed around in bed till noon. had my lunch and watched "my girl", my aunt was watching so i just "joined in".
keong came by in the late afternoon. i was so bored, i was practically staring at the ceiling when he came. i got changed. we took the 4.30pm shuttle bus to the interchange. i enjoy walking the night market, although you see the same stalls selling the same stuff all the time. =X before that, we went to get groceries and bread from the supermarket for my granny and aunt.
we bought otah, kueh tutu, muah chee, steam cake, bird nest drink and tapioca cake for my mum. then, we walked to my mum's place. spent a lil time looking for my watch and some other stuff. we were back home in time for dinner. granny cooked bak ku teh, veg and fish.

sunday. i slept till the late morning. after my bathe, i was watching "my girl" over breakfast. got a lil tired, but i couldnt get to sleep. before i could sleep, keong came. i got changed and dressed up. we took a cab to town. went to the mango at wisma's isetan. after some trying, i picked out 2 cardi and 2 tops. went to the cashier to make payment when i was told that i couldnt use the mango vouchers. (my colleagues from discovery gave me to me as a birthday gift) the lady wrapping the clothes behind the counter gave the "bu shuang" look.
i left promptly after apologising. then, we went to the boutique at ngee ann city. we were glad that they had all the 4 pieces. was getting hungry so we went to get bread and beard papa. on the way walking to the restroom, we past by u2. i shopped around abit and bought a three-quart pants at 50% discount. yay!!
it was time to do some work. we went to cold storage. keong went to get ice mountain while i took some pictures of my promoter doing sampling.
next up, toa payoh. i thought i should at least take pictures of 3 outlets out of the 10. i had to make a choice between toa payoh and suntec. was kind of lazy to walk from city hall to suntec so i chose toa payoh. yes! i admit im lazy. haha. i suggested taking the train. we walked on the outside of taka. there were tentages along the path selling lotsa stuff. i happened to see one of the stalls selling sunglasses and watches. i managed to choose one out of the limited choices, as a substitute before i find my watch. yay! i have a watch!
after the pictures taking, we looked around the pushcarts. i bought a necklace and belt for eml. with that, its time for dinner. we went to bedok 85. had ba chor mee and shredded chicken with century egg porridge. my fav. =)
im a very happy girl today. i bought my 2 cardigans; black and white, both of the same design. they had like 3 or 4 designs for each colour but i only fancy one of the designs. i only saw the black one on the rack. lucky me, cos they happened to have that in white! i also got my three-quart pants at only $21.50 and 2 lovely mango tops, sponsored by keong. thanks keong for everything!!! *muacks* 3 items off my list!
