my first day of work
my first day didnt turn out fine..
i miss the bus by a few seconds and had to take a cab to work. the environment here is so different. its much quieter than IMG. im still in the adapting process.
last friday, i met up with sarah at serangoon gardens. following, i headed home. had a bad day and i just want to be at home. spent my day watching summer beach.
saturday afternoon, i met keong. we went to tampines to get my bro's hp. after queueing for 45mins, a man, supposing the manager or something, came to ask our purpose of queueing. i told him i wanted to upgrade my line and the phone i want is N73. nonchalantly, he told me its out of stock. thanks man! yes. like anyone can see the A4 standee on the information counter. i mean they should have placed an easle near the entrance of the shop so its VISIBLE!
keong and i left the queue and went to DTF for lunch. then, we took a cab to bishan, where i met up with pei fen. after we got suvin's pressie, we took a cab to her place. we got there at 9pm, right on time for the cake ceremony.
throughout the 1 hour and so, i was rooted to the chair near the door. reason being her dog was running around the house excitedly. it was nice to see so many ex-classmates and schoolmates though. =)
sunday morning, i dragged myself out of bed. eml brought alaric and i for facial at vanilla. at the end of it, i bought 200+ worth of products and signed a package at a monthly installment of 100+. feeling sinful..we met up with keong. after lunch, keong and i wanted to go IKEA but we heard the place was really crowded and the roads were congested so we decided to postpone till next week. we spent the rest of the day surfing the net, chatting at the top floor of the clubhouse, where it overlooks the swimming pool.
