i was so caught up with work, i left the office at 8+pm. couldnt join grace and the peeps for dinner. :(
friday
keong and i met up with grace, lyd, choons, mei, dan and nic at MOS. partying till 3am. shiok!
saturday
i went for my first attempt of lesson 7. didnt do well. *sobs* i was looking forward to passing the first attempt though i know the chances are slim. what to do? im a slow learner.
2 more practicals..
after my lesson, keong came to pick me up. took a shower and had brunch - ham, cheese and egg sandwich - before going for our haircut. since we were at far east, we went to drop by the streetwear shop my bro is working at. keong bought 2 tees for only 45.
next, we went to vivo. i thought the candy empire would have more choices and stock, considering the shop space. but everyone is buying like its almost free. must be the christmas season. i was so disappointed i didnt get my jelly beans. did manage to get the chocolates though. spent much more than i expected. dinner was at Shin Kushiya - a japanese charcoal grilled restaurant. they have a wide variety of choices, great service and some of the dishes are really nice. i like the asparagus wrapped with pork, black pepper chicken and esp. mushroom with minced chicken. yums!!
before we end our day of shopping, we went to mini toons. bought a couple more stuff.
sunday
after church with keong, choons, grace and her mum. we had lunch at her place before meeting lyd at TM.
later, keong and i went to john lil to get my make up stuff. 15% for non-members, 20% if you sign up their valueplus card (very simple application) and 20 + 5% for john lil/robinsons credit card. we were about to leave when we realised it was raining heavily. sat down at starbucks to wait for the rain to get lighter and for that, we spent 16 bucks. =(
we went to taka and bought a small xmas tree for my aunt. following, we went to lucky plaza to get his eau de toilette.
grace, choons and lyd was already waiting for us at wisma when we got there. we had the hokkien mee at wisma food court. after recharging, it was time for more shopping. we went to isetan where they were having mng sales up to 70%. i bought 3 spag tops.
we sent keong off to the taxi-stand before taking the train home.
a great weekend spent with great company!
