i had a great new year, although i didnt get as much money this year. =X thanks for all the invitations!!

keong met me at my place. we went to tampines for some last min shopping cos i wanted to get heels. i went to century square but there wasnt any nice ones. so we went to charles and keith. managed to get 2 heels but didnt end up buying. i was told that i/c is an alternative to the member card. but i suppose their system can do better. the lady told me "i'm so sorry but we cannot find your name in our system." i was thinking like "wth! what kinda lousy system is that. i was told that the i/c is acceptable the last time. but now..." i decided not to get them cos i didnt need them really urgently and i was damn pissed off at that moment.
after i got home, i started packing the room with eml. then we had our reunion dinner. as usual, we had steamboat with lotsa yummy ingredients.
1st day of cny
i went to my granny's place to give her my wishings and had my lunch. then i went to keong's place to visit his parents.
2nd day of cny
my uncle's relatives came. as usual, there were like 20+ people. it was madness, with all the kids running around. but i always love their heartwarming greetings, jokes and hugs.
later, keong and i took a cab to grace's place. lyd gave us a ride to bert's place. great people, great fun, great food and booze. thanks for inviting!!!
3rd day of cny
my uncle's birthday!we had dim sum for lunch at imperial treasure nan bei restaurant.right after lunch, eml, alaric and gf and myself shared a cab. i went to grace's place for popiah. sometime later, grace suggested playing blackjack. i think we (choons, javvy, grace, ashley and myself) played like 3 hours or so, excluding dinner. at the end of it, i won $5.70. =)choons and grace gave javvy and i a lift home. thank you choons! thank you grace for inviting!!
