3 days before, i did a research on cakes. i decided on passion fruit meringue from the patissier. it must be good based on the number of good reviews i thought.
2 days before, i went on a pressie hunt. i went to raffles city shopping centre, marina square, city link mall and bugis junction. after a couple of hours of shopping, i managed to get her pressie just before the shop closes.
the day before, i went to shop for her favourite eeyore softie. i went straight to mini toons and found it without much difficulty. afterwhich, i met up with davis and we went to tampines 1 cos he hasn't been there. that's where i found at least 5 more shops selling softies and 2 of which had a wide variety of disney characters. damn~
on friday, ash and i went to pick up her cake at the mohd sultan branch before heading to one rochester. the traffic was so horrible, i wished i was riding. thankfully, we got there before angela and her husband did. the plan was to bring out the cake when we go to the restroom but the cake wasnt there when we came back. then i saw the waiter trying to light up the cake in the corner and we started to sing the birthday song while he walked over. wonderful service and good food, the only con is that their menu is very limited.
after dinner, we went to dempsey for some drinks. i stayed till 1.30am although i had to be at work at 4.30am, all thanks to the dedication that didn't came. we waited and waited until i heard a "goodbye".
